Our Mission at DEPA is to develop lifetime leadership skills of civility that add polish,
decorum, and confidence to individuals, positioning them to outshine the competition in
professional and social arenas.

We strive to enhance the finishing touches when it
comes to Manners, Morals, & Christian Standards with a variety of curriculums.

We accomplish this by teaching Business, Social, Tea, and
Dining Etiquette to Youth and Adults.
About Tameko Dandridge
Tameko Dandridge is the Owner, Founder, Director & Etiquette Consultant of Dandridge Etiquette and Protocol Academy. Called to mentor and equip the next generation, Tameko has never wavered from her purpose of influencing young adults. As a young woman and member of Perfecting Church in Detroit, MI. Tameko served in the youth ministry for 15 years, building children mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She also served as an instructor for Woodbridge Community Center (Detroit, MI), teaching young ladies on the value of self-worth and self-love. As a guest for an AKA mentorship program, Tameko served as a speaker on a virtual panel of about 80 young ladies, educating them on self-care.

In addition to earning a bachelor’s degree in Health Services of Administration, Tameko’s graduation from The Academy of Etiquette & Protocol in 2020 equipped her to fulfill an anticipated dream. She is certified in Business, Social, Formal & Informal Dining, Wine & Tea Etiquette. In the midst of the pandemic in September 2020, Dandridge Etiquette & Protocol Academy was formed. Since then, Tameko and DEPA have been effectively leaving an impactful and memorable mark on the lives of young adults throughout the Metro Detroit area. She has led Etiquette instruction for children at the Academy of Etiquette & Protocol, assisted with staff training at The Back Room Steakhouse in Apopka, FL, and she has also worked with the non-profit organization, The Treasure Within Us, teaching young women strategies for public speaking and formal dining etiquette. She also was the Etiquette Coach for about 18 young ladies during their crowning ceremony. Tameko has also hosted private in-home group training on the 15 Soup Rules, Informal Dining along with demonstrations on Tea Etiquette. Her social media presence has afforded her the opportunity to administer Etiquette consultations virtually and on other platforms. Tameko was hosted as a guest on Club House for the Trophy Wives Club, where she spoke on Etiquette tips.

Tameko’s greatest aspiration is to use the avenue of teaching proper social protocols and etiquette to be an influence and empower young adults to build self-esteem, confidence and to love themselves reminding them they are the change agents in the narrative of their own destiny.
